Help Us End Isolation this Christmas

 Support Our Campaign HERE

Loneliness and isolation are a risk to us all. Disabled people are more likely to experience exclusion from society and separation from family and friends. This is particularly difficult during the Christmas period for those living alone or unable to get outside. Choice In Hackney's Volunteer Project provides Befrienders, Walking Buddies, Shopping Helpers and Gardeners to help disabled people become less isolated, and we need your support to help us keep running these much needed services.
